Customer Guidelines

  • Customers are required to wear masks upon arrival and throughout the duration of their service.

  • Upon arrival, you will be verbally screened by the receptionist regarding the following symptoms: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting.

Technician Guidelines

  • Technicians are required to wear masks through the duration of services provided.

  • Social distancing will be enforced.

  • Technicians will follow sanitation policies before, during, and after each service and/or customer interaction.
